To provide equity, quality learning environment and services for all children of school going age in the Tema Metropolis to acquire the requisite knowledge, attitudes and technological skills, to be responsible citizens and competent leaders in the next five years.
OBJECTIVE
To attain effective schools with improvement in students ‘ achievements through intense supervision and monitoring, effective and efficient use of resources, improvement of facilities and administration in the schools in the next five years.
